Goods are sent Mon-Fri via Royal Mail second class within the UK.
We’ll try our best to have your order with you within the advertised time frames, but as we limit the number of staff working in our warehouse at any one time, to maintain social distancing, there will be a slight delay.
International orders are dealt with individually, but we aim to use the quickest means possible. All orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail Airmail Standard Service. This is not a trackable service. For urgent orders or for requests for a courier delivery, please email us prior to placing your order online.
When we ship books outside the UK, the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable. Kube can take no responsibility for this. If the goods are returned due to unpaid tax, the costs will not be refunded as the sale has been completed. Although the goods can be re-dispatched with only a further charge for dispatch at the customer’s request.
If you have purchased an item from Kube and it is damaged upon receipt please advise us within 7 days. The time limit for return is 14 days for your convenience. The cost of the item will be refunded along with the cost of postage to you and the cost of return postage.
If the return is due to an error that we or our postage providers have made, we will gladly refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition. To qualify for a refund you must first contact us via email within 7 working days and then send the unwanted items back to us within 14 days. Upon receipt of the items in their original condition we will refund you. This will not include the cost of postage to you or the return postage cost.
